Registration
The conference fee is all-in: it covers conference materials, hotel accomodation, and meals (except for excursion day).
The conference starts early on Monday the 8th, which is why arrivals are expected on Sunday the 7th. Any time after noon is ok, but no meals are pre-arranged for that day (there are enough good restaurants in Breskens).
The conference ends on Friday the 12th at the end of the afternoon. Dinner on Friday is included in the conference fee. Optionally, you can stay for that night at the hotel for 50 EUR extra (includes breakfast). The registration fee is
- 400 euro for Local TeX User Group (LUG) members
- 450 euro for all others (including a one year membership of a LUG of your choice).
- 350 euro for accompanying persons (without conference materials)
Attending the full-day excursion and the following conference dinner on October the 10th will add an additional 35 euro and 40 euro.
Day visitors and external attendees are (of course!) also welcome to attend. If you are interested in that, please put a remark in the comment field at the bottom of the form, and we will contact you with your adjusted registration fee.
