Hey there.

I've been playing with m-layout, and I think there's a bug in preset-2-1.
I only found it because I was trying to implement the exact same layout,
and because I really was struggling with the computational order of
precedence in the \dimexpr's (anyone have a good reference for that?)

The final line of preset-2-1 should be:
\c!bottomspace=\dimexpr((2\layoutvstep)-\layoutparameter\c!header-
\layoutparameter\c!headerdistance)

[(2\layoutvstep) should be grouped. I don't entirely know why.]
...if it's doing what i think it wants to do!
