[dev-context] \startsection ...\stopsection alias for \section?

I would prefer something error checking in \stopsection etc to catch 
nesting errors. I have been biten once too many times with mismatched 
\(start|stop)(components|project|product|environments) to have the 
same experience with sections ;)
