  #697 builds fine on Sun. By the way, my machine is running Solaris 9;
I'm pretty convinced this wouldn't be needed on Solaris 10 because
stdint is C99 and Solaris 10's libc is supposed to be C99-compliant.
The same applies to setenv I made you wrap in ifdef(__sun__) a couple of
months ago.
