fix a math attribute leak in close_math_group and a node leak
in math_radical (degree was never freed). En passant: fix a crash
for bare number as the degree argument of an \Uroot

This patch implements new primitives
\Usuperscript \Usubscript 
\Ustartmath \Ustopmath 
\Ustartdisplaymath \Ustopdisplaymath
that are aliases of the single character events
