[NTG-context] headertext + cap/uppercased problem

Hi,

I use
\setupheadertexts
            [][{\it\getmarking[sectionnumber]~~~\getmarking[section]}]
            [{\it Chapter \getmarking[chapternumber]: \getmarking[chapter]}][]

which works well. Adding  \setupheader[style=cap] (or style=\uppercased)
I get the following  error. Any idea why?
