Not so important, but strange behaviour:

\setupoutput[pdftex]
\usemodule[bib] % no problem if this line comes after \setupinteraction
\setupinteraction[author=Jan,title=Titel] % strange: title ok, but not author
\starttext
bla
\stoptext
