[NTG-context] placeformula with active colon

Hello,
Making the colon active results in errors when using colons in formula
labels. Example:
\useencoding[ffr]
\mainlanguage [fr]
\starttext
\placeformula[eq:foo]
\startformula
a = 0
\stopformula
\stoptext
