[NTG-context] Error messages with first attempts to use ConTeXt

Hello David,

It looks like you have unpacked the updated files, but have not
regenerated the format files. I'm not sure how to do that under
OsX, but a linux user would type:
	
	$ su
	# texexec --make --all
