[NTG-context] reference error with startproduct

Hello,
when I compile the following product, I get this error:
"unknown reference [][bla]"

\startproduct product
\project project
\section[bla]{bla}
test: \in[bla]
\stopproduct

This is the project file:

\startproject project
\useencoding[ffr]
\mainlanguage[fr]
\product product
\stopproject

Could someone help please?
