Yes indeed, this is, what I'm looking for.
Excuse me, if my question wasn't clear enough.
Here an example:
\usemodule[pre-01]
\starttext
\StartTitlePage
Big Title\\
\tf % some command, that switches to normal size
Something in normal size
\StopTitlePage
Here, it's really the normal size.
\stoptext
Of course, it's not really important, since I can always construct my own
title-page command.
