[NTG-context] \definerule not defined

Hi,

texshow-web say:

   \definerule[...][...,...=...,...]
   [...]	  name
   [...,...=...,...]	see \setuprule

but it is not defined both in my and contextgarden context instalation. 
One from texshow or context should be corrected. I vote for the second.
