[NTG-context] margin kerning problem

To answer my own question:
To get margin kerning in the footnotes/endnotes as well as in the
body text, put
\usetypescript[serif,sans,mono,mm][hanging][normal]
\setupalign[hz,hanging]
\setupfootnotes[align={hz,hanging}]
before the fonts are installed.
