[NTG-context] otf files

I have a large list of otf files
that i need to use inside a "legacy" context system

I argue (by reading their AdobeFnt07.lst  fonts list) hat I need to
convert them to  type 1 fonts.
Which tool is better under linux ?
(actually I'm thinking to fontforge)
