[NTG-context] problems with luatex

Hi,

there has been reported problems with luatex and mem settings; this is a 
  result from a problem in the path interpreter and is fixed in a next 
release (i cannot release now due to fundamental changes in luatex)

a temp solution is to make sure that TEXMFCNF is a simple path (no {} mess)
