[NTG-context] Ligatures in ConTeXt minimals distribution

Thanks for the suggestion.  Don't worry about looking further into this issue, I'm just going to use the texnansi times encoding instead of the ec encoding.  I'm not going to spend to much time on fancy fonts for my documents until LuaTeX is ready for prime time.
