I've just downloaded a minimal for mac os x/power-pc and experience
the following problem:

$ cat simple.tex
Hello World! This is ConTeXt.
$ texexec simple.tex
TeXExec | processing document 'simple.tex'
TeXExec | no ctx file found
TeXExec | tex processing method: context
TeXExec | TeX run 1
TeXExec | writing option file simple.top
TeXExec | using randomseed 1046
TeXExec | tex engine: pdftex
TeXExec | tex format: cont-en
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592-1.50.0-alpha-20071218 (Web2C 7.5.6)
 \write18 enabled.
entering extended mode

ConTeXt  ver: 2008.04.18 14:17 MKII  fmt: 2008.4.19  int: english/english

language : language en is active
system          : cont-new loaded
systems : beware: some patches loaded from cont-new.tex
fonts : using map file: original-ams-euler
} (/opt/context/tex/texmf-context/tex/context/base/sort-def.tex
loading : Context Sorting Macros (languages)
(/opt/context/tex/texmf-context/tex/context/base/sort-lan.mkii)) [1.1pdftex: Invalid argument
TeXExec | runtime: 2.623539

So, there is no output generated. Any clue where I can start looking
for a solution?

I have a texlive 2007 installed in parallel, but is this harmful?

Any help appreciated! Patrick
