[NTG-context] wrong German hyphenation for Nietzsche?

Well, I have realized that this was ConTeXt from TexLive 2011 (LaTeX,
XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX hyphenate it right).
And ConTeXt standalone hyphenates it right.
