[NTG-pdftex] gcc 4.1.2 at ubuntu breaks pdftex

I know that. If GlobalParams() is not provided, a compiler error occurs.
The compiling is fine, but the provided one causes the access violation
on Windows 2000 in the case of pdf inclusion. I don't know why.
