[TLContrib] lualatex format broken?

Actually all of 
	{dvi,}lua{la,}tex
formats. Seems that load* files in tex/generic/hyph-utf8/luadhyph
are not found.

But
[~] kpsewhich -engine=luatex loadhyph-af.tex
