[TLContrib] luatex manual: version 0.64?

Hi,

The Luatex manual shipped with tlcontrib says "beta 0.64.0" on the title page,
while the svn repo of luatex holds a version date "beta 0.65.0". Does it mean
the manual of tlcontrib is outdated?
