Can you post the output of

   $ tlmgr --repository http://tlcontrib.metatex.org/2010 list

and

   $ tlmgr --repository http://tlcontrib.metatex.org/2010 show cowfont


please? There are probably more serious tests to be done, but that is
the only thing I can come up with right now.
